So I know I need to finish my Player Hand Book 4.0 review, but let me be honest first. Metal Gear Solid 4 happened, and then somehow in the whole mix I got a second dog. So the PHB should be ready later today, if not then tomorrow (Promise!) On top of that, I am hoping to have a nice little MGS4 review out by Friday.
But first, I want to talk about this little gem of a jump drive. As you can see, it’s 4GB, and I know that there are some jump drives for 4GB you can get a little cheaper than $80. But as of last night, this bad boy proved it’s worth to me. The inside of the cap has a rubber lining with a rubber base around the male connector. I thought I lost this little guy… when I found it in my dryer. That’s right, I accidentally washed it, then accidentally sent it through the dryer. A little nervous, I brought it into my room and carefully connected it to my computer, fearing the blue light may not shine again. But sure enough… it turned on. Opened it up and was still able to access all my files on it.
So long story short, I wouldn’t recommend doing this on a day to day thing, but for a drive that can withstand going through the laundry, this is a good buy!
